Book Jacket Design

 

Our Graphics II class entered a competition, and one of the entries was to redesign a book jacket for the middle school novel "How to Rock Braces and Glasses" by Meg Haston. Since our class worked with custom fonts for our type foundry projects, I worked with a Wes Wilson-esque style and used my own custom font for the title. I incorporated a girly color scheme and illustration to target middle school girls.
